Bright green leaves with serrated edges. Intense spicy horseradish flavor. Seafood entrées and seafood appetizers especially pair well with this green. Enhance mixed green salads. Works deliciously drizzled with white truffle oil and served with lamb. The spiciest Brassica of all, our Mustard is called Wasabi Mustard. It tastes like Wasabi or horseradish to us!
